Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, shows signs of heat exposure, is missing items or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and products so we can resolve it quickly. See our Terms of Use for returns and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Certificates of Analysis (COA)
Batches are independently tested for identity and purity. Certificates of Analysis are available on request, just tell us the product and batch you need.

- All orders ship from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.
- Courier delivery anywhere outside Western Australia is a flat AU$24.00.
- Free shipping thresholds apply to WA orders only, and hand delivery is available in Perth only, where eligible.
- Every order is packed with thermal insulation.
