1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of peptidescollective.health (the "website") and to any order you place with Peptides Collective ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Research use only

By purchasing from us you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are purchasing products for lawful laboratory, analytical or educational research only;
• you will not use, or allow anyone else to use, any product for human or animal consumption, or for any diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical purpose;
• products will be handled only by suitably qualified people, in line with appropriate safety practices and all laws that apply to you.

We may refuse or cancel any order, and refund any amount paid, if we reasonably believe a product will not be used in line with these terms.

3. Product information

Product descriptions and other information on this website are provided for research and educational purposes only and are not medical advice. We take care to keep information accurate, but images are illustrative and specifications may change from batch to batch. Certificates of Analysis are available on request.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The final price, including any delivery charges, is shown at checkout.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error, and we will refund any payment received for a cancelled order.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from Perth, Western Australia. Delivery options, costs and any service areas are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only. Please make sure your delivery details are correct; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details you provide.

6. Damaged, incorrect or missing items and returns

If your order arrives damaged, shows signs of heat exposure, is incorrect or is missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Because of the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns of opened or used products for a change of mind.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

7. Handling, storage and compliance

You are responsible for storing, handling and disposing of products safely and lawfully, and for making sure your purchase, import (where relevant) and use comply with all laws, regulations and institutional requirements that apply to you.

8. Use of the website

You must not use the website in any way that is unlawful, that could damage the website or its availability, or that interferes with other users. All content on the website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Peptides Collective and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss arising from the use of a product other than for lawful research in line with these terms. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to replacing the products, supplying equivalent products, or refunding the price paid.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your misuse of a product, or your breach of these terms or of any law.

11. Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
