Heat exposure in transit

Short-term heat exposure during shipping usually does not affect most products. However, prolonged or extreme heat may impact quality, stability or effectiveness. If your order shows signs of heat exposure, contact our support team so we can help.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and products. See our Terms of Use for returns and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually help if the order has not yet been dispatched.

No pickups

We don't have a retail store. Our warehouse is in a secure bonded area at Perth Airport, so pickups can't be arranged during business hours.
